Regarding Onlygurlinthewurld, this is a brand new account that is altering genres on articles that were targets of prior socks:

The listed IP reinstated much of a prior blocked sock's edit here (see recent past sock vs. the present IP's edit. Onlygurlinthewurld then immediately edited the article to make additional changes. The IP's editing history suggests it is a static IP that MJH has used sporatically going back to August of this year (also note the block log, so I am requesting a long-term block on this IP.

I also requested a CU to see if there are any sleepers readily apparent (that is, if a clerk or CU thinks a check would be helpful). Thank you. Aoi (青い) (talk) 18:21, 4 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Although username is not themed unlike some others, but I do see obvious editing behaviour relating to other sock puppets (today's[3][4] compared with on 4 May. It could be an obvious sock because that they have edited previous articles where previous socks edited, including Doo Wop Hop and RnB-Hip-hop-soul. TheGreatestLuvofAll (talk) 21:43, 8 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Skalette appeared yesterday to engage immediately in genre-warring in music articles already plagued by MariaJaydHicky socks and IPs.[5][6][7] Skalette requested genre changes on a user talk page; the request asks for genres that would restore the preference of previous MJH socks.[8][9].

This user added an edit request at Talk:Iggy Azalea where also previous sock [31] used the same references as the edit request shown by this sock. [32] They added genres here [33] where IP sock [34] used the same source for R&B.

An IP [35] added an edit request on the Iggy Azalea talk page requesting to remove pop rap as a genre, but pop rap was repeatedly removed by sock RnB-Hip-hop-soul, and one of the genres on the edit request had sources (this source) which was also added by RnB-Hip-hop-soul and the first sock listed.TheGreatestLuvofAll (talk) 19:23, 21 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
