GRP created his account the same day DeraBallanOfficial was blocked. Both accounts invoke the Ravidassia faith; Dera Ballan is the name of an apex Ravidas institution, GRP's name is self explanatory. Same POV pushing-[1] + [2]. This user previously used to edit sporadically with various 93* IP ranges which geolocate to Italy, they accumulated hundreds of short blocks on their individual IPs which often oscillated, and many of their ranges are partially blocked due to this ANI report-[3].
