Last week Define Dream was blocked for user name policy violation. Their unblock request was not granted because of COI, PAIDEDITING, and not answering questions sincerely. Their draft Draft:Mahendra Jayasekera was So dubious. Those included questionable image licences, PAIDEDITING concerns, intimate info that cannot be sourced by publicly available sources, and questionable notability. Block reviewing admin User:331dot point blank said to them they cannot circumvent the block by creating a new account. The Kazanchis yesterday have created the article Mahendra Jayasekera. Surprisingly the concerns mentioned above are present in this article as well. The two most notable ones are the images and intimate family info which is uncited. The Kazanchis is Unrelated. I definitely agree with the suspicion, though. I wonder if there could be some kind of COI involved here—perhaps someone is trying hard to make sure Mahendra Jayasekera has a Wikipedia article, and even though DefineDream and The Kazanchis may be separate individuals, they were both hired/requested to write an article for the same topic. During the course of my check I did discover that DefineDream had been evading their block as the following account which is Confirmed: Ediri1195 (talk⁺ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · spi block · block log · CA · CheckUser(log) · investigate · cuwiki).
