Drmies: you CU-blocked the proposed master in this case, but there's not a lot to go on in the block log or CU logs. At the moment I'm seeing a similarity in username, a single-minded interest in the same article and a timeline that would be in-line with it being the same person evading your block; do you recognise anything here? - Girth Summit, we were looking at the same thing at the same time--you blocked the User:Tyler07 PHS account, and I must have thought that was them. I must have seen IP vandalism at the time, because if I had blocked them as a sock of Tyler, I would probably have noted that in the log. Drmies (talk) 16:07, 3 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

OK, I've taken another look in the CU logs, and at this account; technically, there doesn't appear to be anything connecting them. From a sockpuppetry perspective it doesn't look like the evidence is strong enough behaviourally, so I'm not going to take any action on that front, but if they are editing disruptively that should be addressed on its own terms at the proper venue.
