I placed a request more than half a year ago, and it was rejected. Since then, no further edits have been made by user:Bjs. He wakes up once a year, makes 5 edits, and vanishes again for a year. He does not answer to my requests on his discussion page or by e-mail. These activities may be continued as well under a different user name. On the other hand, I cannot even use my Bjs-en account here anymore, because everytime I log in and thereafter change to another language wikipedia, it is going to create Bjs-en accounts everywhere and to link them to the SUL account Bjs-en, which is not at all useful or desired. On en-wikipedia, I therefore only can work as an IP. Therefore I believe that the disadvantages for user:Bjs here to work with a slightly modified user name are far less than the disdvantages for me. Therefore, I repeat here my request to usurp User:Bjs for my global account.

I already have the accounts by the same name on the German (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benutzer:Semper_discens) and Japanese (http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%88%A9%E7%94%A8%E8%80%85:Semper_discens) wikipedias, so SUL would be very useful for me. I'd strongly prefer to have my en.wikipedia.org account adjusted to the other two, rather than the other way around, since I want to express the idea of "always learning" in my user name ("semper discipulus", however, translates as "always a student", which doesn't quite get the point across).
