Hi DeannaBeanna, welcome to Wikipedia! Thanks for sharing a suggestion. I did a little bit of research, and I found a bit of published material about the quality of education at Julia Richman Education Complex in the 1930s. I added that into the article with a citation: "In the 1930s, the school had rigorous classes and a dress code." Would you like to do further research and add more to the article? For example, I found this portion of a book that talks about the school in the 1940s. You could add a summary of the relevant information to the article and use that link as a citation.
