I, Juhachi, declare to you, my fellow editors, that the time has come nigh for me to declare a declaration. This declaration will serve to show anyone that whomever shall sign this declaration will declare with me to uphold this declaration in its highest regard, through the vandals and WikiTrolls, through the debates and conflicts, and through the policies and guidelines as we further out towards the horizon to make sure that we do not deviate from this declaration. In order to fulfill this, the declaration drafter, I, will need your help to write the declaration so that we may uphold it. As Wikipedia is a collaborative effort, we need to form a declaration coalition, and compose a declaration which we may agree upon.
