You Haven't mentioned MP candidate from Kargil district.Haji Hanifa Jan is the only candidate from kargil which where as there is two MP candidate from leh i.e BJP &INC respectively. In this regard the victory will be of the Independent candidate from kargil, because of it's more populous and it's undivided vote to the Independent kargil.
