Thank you for all your hard work, I can't wait to read this in the morning (USA).

Gwern, your posts are always incredibly interesting. I was particularly interested in the idea of testosterone as a nootropic; I'm curious if you end up getting any more data on it.

Hormones are pretty powerful things, if you're lacking in them, like Test, it really screws with your body, so it's obvious how supplementing it can help. I have a deficiency because my pituitary is broken and need to take regular shots for the rest of my life, if I go too long without any I can easily tell - at least physiologically, I'm more easily fatigued, less energy, etc. It's really not something you should just take willy-nilly though without talking to a specialist and getting your levels checked, too much can cause an imbalance and you'll end up growing moobs, among other side-effects.

gwern, how much Pira do you take per day and is it all in one dose or split / how many hours apart etc?

    Thanks.

I take ~2g split up in 3 or 4 doses.

Are there new results here? I read this last week and it looks mostly the same, did I miss the new stuff? Keep up the good work, you've taught me a lot about self-blinding.

The Noopept & magnesium results were only posted yesterday. I'd guess you're either not looking at those sections or possibly your browser is showing you a cached version of the page (you can check by Control-r to force a refresh, in most web browsers).

If you do any self-blinded experiments, I would like to hear about them; sadly few people have ever used my techniques.
