Rules for our Subreddit:
Rule 1: Post Animemes. These are memes that use anime and/or are related to anime/weeb culture.
1.1: No Karma begging. Please see the extended rules for a comprehensive list of common violations.
1.2: No advertising or excessive self-promotion.
1.3: OC fanart is allowed but subject to additional criteria.
Rule 2: Unedited anime clips, screenshots, manga pages, panels, plain text, non-OC fanart, comics, etc. will be removed.
2.1: This includes edits that only provide a reaction to or summary of the initial media; edits must meaningfully add to, continue, or re-contextualize the initial media.

Rule 3: Reaction memes are only allowed on Saturday and Sunday UTC time. They are defined as "Any situation described in text followed by an image(s) showing that situation or the direct results of that situation."
Rule 4: Providing sources is strongly encouraged. Please source any series and credit any fanmade content used in your post. Here’s how to use /u/Roboragi.
4.1: Use common platforms when posting a link (e.g. Reddit, Imgur, and/or Gfycat).
Rule 5: Be nice. No sexist, racist, homophobic, or transphobic language. No personally attacking, name-calling, deliberately spoiling, bullying, trolling, baiting, or brigading other users. No shock images/shock sites.
Rule 6: No posts, discussions, or arguments about current politics.
Rule 7: Properly mark spoilers. Learn how to properly tag posts and comments here. Same-day content from currently airing shows is subject to additional scrutiny.
Rule 8: Mark lewd posts NSFW. No nudity allowed in posts, but it's fine in comments so long as it's identified as NSFW.
8.1: Lewd loli/shota content will not be tolerated. Please abide by Reddit policies.
Rule 9: No Reposts
• No reposts of any previous submissions to the sub. Minor edits to posts (see rule 2.1) count as similar reposts and will be removed.
• No chain posts.
• Deleting and resubmitting your own content still counts as reposting.
9.1: Posts that follow formats included on this wiki page are banned.
Rule 10: Post Quality
A post may be removed if it is too small or improperly cropped, has unreadable or hard to read text, displays intrusive watermarks or bot-scraped captions, contains excessive artifacts or compression, is overly distorted, does not work without its title, or has a lazy, generic title (ex. "An interesting title", "hmm", "MFW").
