It is a schedule IV controlled substance, so dealing (or importing) it without a prescription runs the risk of prosecution. Not like all the unscheduled RXs you see on online pharmacies.

Probably a big reason you don't see many places selling it.

I think modafinil being scheduled is quite silly though, who the hell abuses modafinil?

Having a prescription does not exclude abuse (think doctor shoppers for opiods), and using a drug without a prescription does not exclude responsible use (I use propranolol without a prescription, for example).

That being said, there is definite correlation in many cases, and I don't think Dave Asprey qualifies as a modafinil abuser.

    I am sorry but we do not supply modafinil anymore from May, 2013 as modafinil is regulated in China then.

    Ah. I was wondering why they deleted their modafinil synthesis listing sometime back in early 2013 but left alone their adrafinil listing. That explains it: some Chinese regulation came down.

    I'd love to hear feedback about alibaba vendors for any supplement, not just modafinil. I mainly wonder about verifying that you are getting what you purchased.

    I don't want to hemorrhage money to buy it in pill form, I really dont. I dont want to continue buying Adrafinil (Olmifon) because its bad for me. I love its effect, but I want to introduce it into my daily stack without killing my liver.

    Then why not just invest in some liver enzyme tests to see if it really is affecting your liver at all?

      Hmm.. Good idea, but that sounds expensive. Switching to the Modafinil and knowing its not hurting my liver sounds less expensive.

      Tell you what: you run the numbers on two liver tests, and adrafinil vs a lifetime of modafinil, and then get back to us.

        You do know there are some good liver protection supplements out there right? One only has to look to the bodybuilding world to see how many are available and can't even count how many threads there are out there with blood panels before and after their cycles. Liv52 is sort of an all-in-one liver protectant and is relatively affordable considering how many you get. Just another option if you're this concerned. Do you take breaks from either Ad or Moda?
