The illegitimate daughter of Pope Alexander VI, this Italian renaissance woman personified the concept of "Black Widow". She would sleep with you but you might find yourself dead from foxglove, a powdered digitalis poison. While to some extent her reputation as the most evil woman to have ever lived may be undeserved propaganda, Buffalo Bill did name his gun Lucretia Borgia allegedly due to its deadliness. That counts for something.
