Fails WP:NSKATE; medal placement at the junior level does not meet the requirements of WP:NSKATE. Google search turns up nothing outside of wikis and scoring databases.   • Keep: I found some Chinese sources which mentioned he won champion in the senior level of 2007 Hong Kong Figure Skating And Short Track Speed Skating Championships (where the national-level Hong Kong Figure Skating Championships is a part of; see Oriental Daily News[1]), so as a national figure skating champion, the subject person already fulfills the second criterion of WP:NSKATE. I also found additional sources which mentioned him representing Hong Kong in the Asian Open Figure Skating Trophy and Asian Winter Games (See The Sun[2] and China Central Television[3]), although I consider them as passing mentions and may not be able to pass GNG. Nonetheless, I think passing WP:NSKATE is already sufficient for me to vote for a keep, at least not a delete. And I suggest the nominator can do some WP:BEFORE searches for sources in the subject person's native languages before filing for deletions.     I see no evidence that he won a gold medal at the Hong Kong Figure Skating Championships. His ISU profile shows no placement at the 2007 championships.       That's interesting. I did see the article you cited and ran it through a translator. No idea why a first-place win would have been left off this skater's ISU profile. Nor is he cited on the Hong Kong Figure Skating Championships chart for men's singles. I checked another reliable figure skating site, but they have no records for any of the Hong Kong championships. Delete: To be honest, I think this can be considered a G11 case, as it seems like a pure advertisement of HKUST and NYU on their dual degree program. Just like what the IP user above said, a simple Google search can tell this program title is not exclusive to these two universities. Regardless, I found no sources which covered this program, not even some passing mentions in articles merely by the program's name. On top of the sources found by @Cunard I'd add:
  • Financial Times article profiling the company. This is an earned media feature article, not an interview.
  • Forbes with a short market report (which I suspect was leaked by Loong)
  • Forbes again with a feature on the company. This one is a nice profile but clearly based on an interview with Loong.
Keep This is a major fintech player in Asia Pacific, and although WeLend has its own article this is the parent that also includes Mainland platform Wolaidai as well as a bank in Indonesia I think. There are other bits and pieces out there, at the paragraph scale similar to those found by Cunard, but I think the FT piece along with the Forbes 2022 piece should be enough.   • Keep: A very decent search of sources by Cunard. I personally have some doubts on the reliability of Sundaykiss (as well as all outlets of New Media Group [zh]), but the other sources from Hong Kong Economic Journal, HK01, am730, and South China Morning Post are fine and all demonstrated notability of the school. I disagree with Timothy's claims that the sources are based on the same information and are simply for promotional purposes. For instance, the SCMP source was published in 2009, the HKEJ source was published in 2022, while the am730 source was published in 2024, so these sources are very unlikely to be based on the same source of information or sharing the same source materials. Besides, the sources are also obviously covering different topics. For instance, the SCMP source was discussing the schools of the Direct Subsidy Scheme, an educational policy in Hong Kong. The HKEJ source is about gifted education in the school. The am730 source is about the curriculum and academic results of the school in recent years. I think these few sources are quite neutral, at least hardly be considered as advertising the school or whatsoever, and obviously covering different aspects of the school. Moreover, the sources provided by Cunard are also only the tip of an iceberg, as there are in fact a lot more older sources.     My first choice is a keep. My second choice is a merge if consensus is against a standalone article. The five sources I've listed were found through a Google search. Since editors consider them insufficient to establish notability, I will do a more exhaustive search for print sources. These are sources that cannot be found in a Google search. It takes a lot more time to do this exhaustive search, so I usually do the Google search approach first.

    The first source I found casts an unflattering light on the school as it says that 20% of the teachers resigned owing to being overworked. Here is the source:
