Delete both - These appear to be publicity photos. See this PDF which is from an official tourism site of Denmark for a use of the first image, and see this travel site which provides a photo credit to the jaz festival for the use of the second image. All of these are in the same situation... a plausible situation is that Mhender is Michael Henderson, an IBM employee, who created the files, then thought "my employer might technically own the rights to all my IP" and asked his boss whether he could post them. But as Mhender hasn't edited since 2007, it is probably impossible to confirm the licenses. Storkk (talk) 10:42, 14 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I am the author of this file. I'm not sure where this request is coming from. I am an IBM employee. I created the images. IBM cleared them for publication through it's internal process. They've been up here for eight years or so. What additional proof is being asked for? Is someone disputing the statement on the files? The only proof I can think of that I could get would mean me getting a letter from our lawyer's, and they don't waste time on little things like these. Thank you. - @Mhender: I think the issue is that you attributed the files to IBM (although you also said that you created the files, you request IBM gets the attribution). Is there a reason that IBM should be credited instead of yourself? If you're the copyright holder, this will be easy and hopefully relatively painless to clear up: there is an email template available at C:COM:OTRS that you can use (to easily specify the files, you can use a link such as this one).
