I cannot agree, however, with the application of the other rule he mentions, WP:NPS, for the following reasons: 1. This is an excerpt only, and is neither uncomfortably long nor uninteresting. 2. I could try and summarize this quotation, but I more than fear my ability would be unequal to the challenge! But I really believe this quotation will further Wickipedia's mission.
