PSA for pedophiles or "PSA!" is a short film that parodies PSAs. It was created by Luis Cerritos, an American video designer with his friends- Steven Lowe and Dan Vasques. Released on You Tube in May 23rd, 2008.

Here are the characters appearing in this work:

Suzie (pictured above at left side)- a little 5/6 year old girl, who needs to know, that she is not as safe, as she thought, because near her school there is Peter the Pedophile. The narrator tells her, that she should stay away from Peter. She does, but she didn't know the road safety that much too, because a car ran her over, 'cause she didn't look both ways before crossing. Voiced by the creator- Luis Cerritos.

Narrator- an interactive one. She tells Suzie, that Peter the Pedophile lurks near her school, and tells her, why she shouldn't talk to him. Voiced by Steven A. Lowe.

Peter the Pedophile (pictured above at right side)- Jerkass which will talk to Suzie, then rape her, kidnap, kill, cut to pieces, and throw her to the lake to be acquitted, if she would talk to him. Voiced by Dan Vasques.

This short film contains examples of:

• 20 Minutes into the Past: Peter drives Hippie Van, and the guy, who ran over Suzie, drives a lowrider.
• Artistic License – Physics: In real life, Peter would never put entire Suzie into his pants. You can see, that when he does it, Suzie is smaller, than she should be. 
• Ax-Crazy: Peter.  He is nice to the kids, and gives them candies to get in his van. But in the van, everything changes to worse. He molest his victim, kidnaps and kills, and finally, to get rid of any evidence, he drives to the lake in the night, when nobody can see it, and throws the child's body to it. Nobody can stop him, and Suzie is his next target. Fortunately, the Narrator tells her not to talk to him, so she stays away from him.
• Big Bad: Peter the Pedophile.
• Black Comedy: The Narrator tells to Suzie "Oh, um... and look both ways before crossing" after she was ran over by the car.
• Black Comedy Rape: Peter rapes Suzie by putting her to his pants. When he does this, he says: "Oh, fuck yeah...
• Bookends: In both beginning and ending, we can see the text "PSA!", in the beginning with yellow background, and with black at the end. In the ending, the text goes up with the text "a Luis Cerritos film". We can also hear the first notes of the Emmylou Harris' cover of the "Mr. Sandman".
• Break the Cutie: After narrator tells Suzie about Peter, she is horrified, and she's almost crying.
• Censored Child Death: During the Dream Sequence, when the narrator tells Suzie what Peter will do to her, when she lies locked on the table (she was probably tortured), Peter shows her chainsaw, and Suzie is terrified, because he wants to cut her to pieces. Fortunately, we don't see it.
  • When narrator tells Suzie to run, she gets ran over by car, beacuse she didn't know traffic safery rules. We can only hear a screeching of tires.
• ​Chainsaw Good: Peter uses chainsaw to cut Suzie to small pieces.
• Color Wash: When Peter is shown, the screen has a bleak tint, to fit better to the atmosphere. However, it goes away, when we see a dead Suzie.
• Death of a Child: Suzie dies because a car ran over her.
• Downer Ending: No matter what Suzie will do, she would still die. In one way, Peter kills her using chainsaw, and in another, she gets ran over by the car, because she didn't look both ways before crossing.
• Dream Sequence: When Peter is shown, the screen angles gets blurred, and the Narrator explains to Suzie what Peter will do to her.
• Dumb Blonde: Suzie doesn't know math (the board in her classroom says 2+2=5), and doesn't know road safety rules. And her hair color is obviously blonde.
• Easily Forgiven: Peter is acquitted, because he got rid of the evidence that he killed Suzie.
• Foreshadowing: At the beginning, we can see that the board in the classroom says "2+2=5", which is used as an example of logical error of something that anyone would understand correctly. It was probably written by Suzie, which foreshadowes that she isn't smart enough to know that before crossing, you have to look both ways, so she is ran over by the car at the end.
• For the Evulz: We don't know why Peter is pedophile.
• The Fourth Wall Will Not Protect You: At the end of the Dream Sequence, Peter looks to the camera after throwing Suzie's body out of the lake.
• Girlish Pigtails: Suzie has them.
• Hippie Van: Peter drives one.
• Interactive Narrator: Speaks directly to Suzie for all the time.
• Jerkass: Peter.
• Karma Houdini: Peter can get rid of any evidence, so he can't be imprisoned and can still continue his crimes.
• Minimalist Cast: There are only Suzie, narrator, Peter the Pedophile and young man. 
• My God, What Have I Done?: The man that ran over Suzie has that reaction on his face, although it was not his fault.
• Pædo Hunt: Peter loves children... a bit too much.
• Too Smart for Strangers: The moral of this video.
