- The flashback in which the Matsumi sisters are at their mother's grave, in which Kuro is hugging a crying Yuu despite having tears in her eyes.
- Senriyama All-Girls' defeat in the semi-finals, particularly the part in which Toki and Izumi hear the results in Toki's hospital room. Izumi, who lost the most points for the team, struggles to find the words to explain this to her. Toki, who ended up in the hospital while trying to help her team win, simply sheds a tear, and all she can think of at that moment is her desire to be with Ryuuka, given that she's most likely quite upset over the loss.Toki: This is depressing... I want to be with Ryuuka. (shows Ryuuka crying) It must be raining on her thighs right now.
- The premise is this when you think about it. You get to see Achiga All-Girls' Academy grow back to the point they are also in the Nationals but one of the teams they are fighting at the finals is Kiyosumi High School. It is heartbreaking that the dreams of one of these schools would eventually fall.
