- In Plan 7 of 9 from Outer Space, a couple of MIB's complain about being mistaken for The Blues Brothers.
- In The Cat in the Hat where the Cat scares Nevins, there is a pug named Frank with his doghouse reading his name.
- In Sonic the Hedgehog (2020), Wade comments on how Robotnik and his men remind him of the "Men in Black", but they aren't "as likeable or charming as Will Smith". He later asks if they're going to wipe his memory when they leave, referencing the Neuralyzer used frequently in the franchise.
- InCryptid: The Covenant uses Men in Black as a reference point and a method of making their goals accessible to modern day recruits.
- In Miracle Creek, Elizabeth sees a car seemingly following her. She thinks the windows will roll down to reveal guys in sunglasses holding up badges, Men in Black-style, but it turns out to be tourists driving slowly as they look at the map.
- Criminal Case: Pacific Bay: The Rhine Canyon district, whose main storyline involves the police department learning about the existence of aliens, features Agent Z, a man wearing a black suit and Cool Shades, as one of its supporting characters. In The Climax, it's revealed that he's an agent for the Galactic Intelligence Agency in charge of maintaining diplomacy with alien nations, and promptly erases everyone's memories of what happened in the district (except for the player's) with a Neuralyzer.
- Family Guy: In "From Method to Madness", Chris can't stop shouting "Boobies!" after having dinner with a nudist family, leading the rest of the family to put on sunglasses and use their Neuralyzers on him.Lois: Did you have fun at the circus today, Chris?Chris: Elephants are bigger in person!
