- Awful British Sex Comedy: A comical, sex-focused movie that viewers find So Bad, It's Good.
- Awkwardly Gay Dream: A straight character unexpectedly having a dream that involves gay sex, much to their awkward discomfort.
- Bastard Begetter: A character has a lot of kids out of wedlock because they sleep around a lot.
- Bawdy Song: A song with dirty lyrics.
- Bed Full of Women: A lot of women are seen in a man's bed and he's implied, but never stated or shown, to have sex with them all.
- Bedmate Reveal: A guy (or gal) wakes up after a wild night they may not remember and finds there's someone in bed with them. Often leads to Did They or Didn't They?
- Bedroom Adultery Scene: Someone walks in on their spouse in the act of cheating on them in the bedroom.
- Bed Trick: Someone has sex with someone by pretending to be their partner (or at least someone the other person is attracted to).
- Bestiality Is Depraved: Bestiality (sex with animals).
- Better than Sex: Someone prefers a certain thing over sex.
- Black Jezebel Stereotype: The stereotype that black women are more sexual than other races.
- Bloodstained Defloration: A virgin woman's first time having sex results in mild vaginal bleeding.
- The Body Parts That Must Not Be Named: When the parts used for sex are considered so dirty that even the words for them are treated as inherently not safe for work.
- Boldly Coming: Sex with aliens.
- Bondage Is Bad: People who like BDSM are evil.
- Bow Chicka Wow Wow: Beatboxing pornography music.
- Brains and Bondage: An intellectual who enjoys BDSM.
- Breaking In Old Habits: A character receives new hands and it's implied that they'll masturbate with them.

- Can't Have Sex, Ever: A couple can't or are not allowed to have sex.
- Cargo Envy: A woman holding an object and a man is attracted to her and wishes he were in the object's place.
- Casting Couch: Someone has sex with a producer in order to be cast.
- Casual Kink: Either a person's kinky personality is treated as normal and unimportant, or someone casually says something that implies they have a fetish.
- Catholic School Girls Rule: Promiscuous Catholic school girls.
- Caught with Your Pants Down: Someone pulls their pants down to masturbate and is caught with them down.
- Chastity Couple: A couple willingly abstains from sex and are perfectly content with never having intercourse.
- Chocolate of Romance: Chocolate is seen as romantic or sexy.
- Chosen Conception Partner: Someone wants a child and chooses someone to be the other parent.
- Coitus Uninterruptus: Two characters are having sex and someone comes in, but one of them talks to the interrupter while still in the nude and in the same position.
- Combat Sadomasochist: Someone enjoys (usually, but not always, in a sexual way) their own and others' pain.
- Come Back to Bed, Honey: Two characters have sex. One leaves but the other wants to keep doing it.
- Comforting the Widow: Someone comforts a new widow after the death of their spouse, and it leads to sex.
- Comic Sutra: Someone does something with a weird name while having sex, but we never find out what it involves.
- Coming and Going: Sex and death are associated with each other.
- Common Hollywood Sex Traits: Sex works in an unrealistic way in movies.
- Conceive and Kill: A female character becomes pregnant, then kills the father.
- Confession Triggers Consummation: The first confession of love between two characters immediately leads to sex.
- Consuming Passion: Cannibalism with sexy undertones.
- Consummation Counterfeit: In an Arranged Marriage, someone fakes a bloodstain on a bedsheet to imply that the bride was a virgin prior to the marriage.
- Contraception Deception: Somebody lies about protection when having sex.
- Conveniently Common Kink: Two characters (who are usually partners) share a rare fetish.
- Covert Pervert: Someone has pervy thoughts but no pervy actions.
- Corrupting Pornography: Pornography has a detrimental effect on people and/or sex, whether they're the participants or the viewers.
- Crashing Through the Harem: A character ends up running hurriedly through a group of (usually undressed) women.
- Crazy in the Head, Crazy in the Bed: Being crazy or unhinged means being a great and passionate lover.
- Creature-Breeding Mechanic: In a game, the player breeds creatures until they have a necessary creature.
- Crotch-Grab Sex Check: Grabbing someone's crotch to find out what sex they are.
- Crying After Sex: After two people have sex, one or both of them cries.
- Cuckold: A man whose love interest sleeps with someone else (and it's not a polyamory).
- Darwinist Desire: Someone will only have sex with a person with the "right" DNA.
- Death and the Maiden: A Grim Reaper is seen with a woman who might be a girlfriend.
- Defeat by Modesty: Defeating a character by damaging or stealing their clothes in a way that exposes (or threatens to expose) their privates or underwear.
- Desk Sweep of Passion: A character swipes everything off of a desk to make room for love-making.
- Destructo-Nookie: Two characters have sex, and due to supernatural strength, furniture is broken.
- Deus Sex Machina: A fictional thing that needs sex to work.
- Did the Earth Move for You, Too?: When somebody says this phrase while someone kisses or has sex with someone else during a disaster.
- Did They or Didn't They?: Two characters went offscreen and they could have had sex but they might not have.
- Did You Just Have Sex?: Someone who doesn't normally have sex is acting differently and another character finds out it was because they got laid.
- Did You Just Romance Cthulhu?: Romancing an Eldritch Abomination or an alien.
- "Dinner, Bath, or Sex" Offer: A woman offers her husband for a dinner, bath, or herself.
- Dirty Mind-Reading: Someone reads another person's mind, who's thinking dirty thoughts.
- Dominatrix: A woman who is dominant in regards to BDSM.
- Don't Come A-Knockin': Implying Auto Erotica by showing a car swerving about.
- Double Entendre: A phrase with two valid meanings, one of them possibly sexual.
- Downfall by Sex: The greatest failure for a character (or cause of downfall) is because they had sex with someone and are suffering the consequences.
- Do You Want to Copulate?: Someone without inhibitions greets someone else by asking them if they want to have sex.
- Dress Hits Floor: A woman is required to take off her clothes and she's wearing a dress and we see it hit the floor. Not necessarily sexual, but often is.
- Elevator Going Down: Sex in an elevator.
- Entitled to Have You: Somebody feels that a person worthy of their respect should have sex with them.
- Ephebophile: A person who is sexually interested in underage teenagers.
- Erotic Asphyxiation: Choking yourself or someone else to turn you on.
- Erotic Dream: Dreaming about sexuality.
- Erotic Eating: Someone is turned on by the way someone else eats.
- Eternal Sexual Freedom: Characters do something sexual that was not allowed in the time period they're set in, and it's not mentioned not to be allowed.
- Ethical Slut: A character who's moral and lusty.
- Euphemistic Names: When a person's name sounds like a Sexual Euphemism. It usually indicates that they are up for a roll in the hey.
- Europeans Are Kinky: Lusty European character.
- Everybody Has Lots of Sex: A work of fiction where all or most of the characters have a lot of sex.
- Exotic Equipment: Aliens with weird-looking privates.
- Extreme Libido: Someone is obsessed with sex.
- Extreme Omnisexual: Character will have sex with anyone and anything, no limits.
- Face Full of Alien Wing-Wong: An alien that breeds with another species.
- Fake Orgasm: A character simulates a sexual climax (or confesses this fact) to show that a sexual encounter/relationship is unsatisfying.
- Fantastic Arousal: A humanoid alien-type creature gets sexually aroused if someone touches a place that's neither human anatomy nor their privates.
- Fashion-Based Relationship Cue: What you wear indicates whether or not you're in a relationship, and can also signal who/what you're into sexually.
- Feng Schwing: A place decorated to sexually arouse people.
- Fetish: Someone is sexually attracted to something considered unusual.
- Fetishes Are Weird: A character's fetish is portrayed as weird or creepy.
- Fetish-Fuel Future: An author writes a future or alternate universe where their fetish is normal.
- Fetishized Abuser: Abuse is portrayed as sexy.
- Fetish Retardant: A sex scene, or something that would normally be sexy, turns wrong.
- Flexibility Equals Sex Ability: Characters with flexible bodies are implied to have great sexual prowess.
- Flirting Under Fire: Characters flirt or do other romantic/sexual things during an action scene.

- Foe Cooties: Refusing to date someone because they slept with your enemy.

- The Immodest Orgasm: A woman makes a really loud noise when she has an orgasm.

- Lets Wait Awhile: A character who doesn't have sex just for the sake of sex.
- Level-Up at Intimacy 5: A video game character gets stronger or more powered from intimacy.
- Lewd Lust, Chaste Sex: Romantic, but non-sexual, scenes are described in a lewder way than actual sex.
- Lie Back and Think of England: Women have sex because they have to, and they don't like it.
- Living Aphrodisiac: A sci-fi character who is the antagonist because she (or he sometimes) makes everyone else really want to sleep with them.
- The Loins Sleep Tonight: A character has trouble having an erection during sex.
- Lousy Lovers Are Losers: Being bad in bed is portrayed as a major character flaw.
- Lover's Ledge: Someone has sex and then escapes through the window.
- A Love to Dismember: A character seems to be in love with a severed body part.
- Lust: A deep desire for something abstract.
- Lust Makes You Dumb: A character does stupid things to satisfy their sexual desires.
- Lustful Melt: A character melts due to having a crush.
- Lust Object: A character who is lusted over by another.
- Lysistrata Gambit: A spouse threatens to disallow sex as a punishment.
- Madonna-Whore Complex: Women are either "proper ladies" or "dirty whores".

- Really Gets Around: Someone who has sex with a lot of people.
- Redemption Equals Sex: A good guy redeems a bad guy (usually the good one is female and the bad one is male but sometimes not) and then sleeps with them.
- Red Light District: An area with a lot of strip joints and similar places.
- Rescue Sex: Someone has sex with their rescuer.
- Retargeted Lust: Someone is sexually attracted to one person but deals with it by having sex with another person.
- Right Through His Pants: Two characters have sex even though one or both of them is wearing clothes.
- Right Through the Wall: People live in an apartment and their neighbours are having loud sex.
- Robosexual: A robot has sexual or romantic relations with a human.
