Joshua Hale Fialkov is an American writer best known for his work in comics, but has also done some writing for television.

After getting a B.F.A. degree in writing and directing for the stage and screen from Emerson Colllege in Boston, Massachusetts, Fialkov spent some time in the Boston film industry before moving to Los Angeles. His comic book debut was Elk's Run, an independently produced series that was picked up by larger publishers after a very small initial print run and was reprinted in trade collections. He has since made comics for DC Comics, Marvel Comics, IDW Publishing and others.
