William Rukard Hurd Hatfield (December 7, 1917 – December 26, 1998) was a classically trained American stage and screen actor. He was best known for The Picture of Dorian Gray (1945), King of Kings, and The Boston Strangler.
A convert to Orthodox Christianity, Hatfield was living in Ireland at the time of his death by heart attack.
