The tea is lightly roasted to bring out it's milk fragrance (nai xiang) and then steamed in milk to enhance the milk flavor further!**

Love it

On it's own it's quite a good tea, but I now mix this with Jujube tea leaves that I buy from Yunnan Sourcing. It enhances the flavour of both. I can't drink this Milk Oolong without Jujube tea leaves anymore, it's quite good!
