Two arrested in drug bust in Huntington

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two people were arrested Friday after a drug bust in Huntington.

Jamel K. Proctor, 30, and Tiffany Hensley, 25, were arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver crystal methamphetamine.

Proctor is also charged with prohibited person in possession of a firearm.

According to the criminal complaint, a suspicious parcel was seized and a warrant was obtained. Investigators found meth in the parcel.

Cabell County Sheriff T.W. McComas tells WSAZ they seized 2.83 pounds of crystal meth.

Deputies say five guns were also seized, along with four grams of marijuana that has a street value of $254,000.

Proctor is in the Western Regional Jail on a $205,000 cash bond. Hensley is also in the Western Regional Jail on a $100,000 cash bond.

The Cabell County Sheriff's Department, West Virginia State Police, the U.S. Postal Inspector and the Huntington Violent Crimes Task force helped with the investigation.
