Iodine (from Organic Kelp) (Laminaria spp.)(Whole Plant) | 150 mcg | 100% |
dear sir or madam. kelp is food, therefore it has natural organic iodine in it. like yourself i don't belive one tablet contains precisely 150 mcg, but i think +-50mcg doesn't matter since you take some iodine from foods and salt. if you don't, i wouldn't take more than 2 tablets tops. It's all true if you know that your thyroid gland is fine. hope it helps. good luck.

I bought my latest supply of kelp from 'Now Foods' via iHerb and the sodium content is not listed on the label. It is something you might ask the manufacturers about, especially if the customer is showing any signs of too much sodium in the blood. It is worth shopping around to find a supplier which has more information on the label.

Kelp is sometimes used to treat symptoms of high blood pressure. Try olive oil to keep red blood cells from clumping, drink plenty of water. REDUCE stress. Breathing exercises can lower blood pressure quickly. REDUCE stress. Take a time out twice a day. Enjoy life !

I took it first to my mother to treat the thyroid gland, while the nodes are very small. So there you go! SHORT AND ABOUT THE MAIN. The percentage of iodine in the body has recovered, because we do not eat seafood at all because of their space value. The nodes have decreased, it's gorgeous! I have decreased TTG. Therefore! To everyone who lacks iodine, drink it. Tastes like seaweed) Take care of your thyroid gland, many organs and the condition as a whole depend on it! Be healthy ♥ ️
Natural source of iodine

In fact, the dose of iodine is minimal here, so to speak, so you should not be afraid at all, the dose for a healthy person. Is it possible to compensate with such a dose for a deficiency, I don’t know, but if in doubt, consult your doctor! I take in combination with selenium and vitamin C, one tablet a day in the morning after meals. I did not find one in a pharmacy, except for the dosage forms for the treatment of mastopathy, and not to eat sea cabbage so much, especially when you don’t really like it). The smell when opening a jar is certainly strong for me, but you can tolerate it. If my review was useful to you, click YES or do not click, because I absolutely do not understand how this can help me, but it’s still nice to see people reading!
Irritability gone

Actually, I was looking for vitamins on iHerb. Stumbled upon this seaweed. I decided to order, as I had not taken any iodine-containing drugs for a long time. And now, after a month and a half I am writing a review. Gone irritability, improved mood, appetite. Excellent, natural source of iodine. If my review was helpful, please click YES.
Works

The dosage is slightly weaker than that of "Iodomarin." The price is more profitable. Traditional medicine has a mixed opinion on iodine intake. On the one hand, yes, people in the world have a lack of it, and on the other, doctors say that taking tablets on a regular basis is very harmful. Since you can overeat it and then there will be even bigger problems. Apparently this is a drug that should be taken only as directed by a doctor and it is better to just use products that contain iodine. I am updating the review on 10.23.19 that's what I read in one of the comments on the Internet: Finally, an intelligent person wrote about selenium. But I will add its most important function: the World Health Organization (WHO, the disruptive Rockefeller mafia) has already bent 160 countries (except Russia and Ukraine) into legislatively or normatively mandatory iodized food. Allegedly, they are struggling with dementia. In fact, this leads to world moronism, including to violation of sexual orientation. In the famous US doctors handbook (Merck Index), English on white says that chronic intake of excess iodine leads to a number of chronic incurable conditions - osteoporosis, dementia, thyrotoxicosis and other hormonal disorders. Didn’t they read something? WHO has never presented the results of the classic "double-blind, multicenter, placebo-controlled studies" about the benefits or harms of iodine. There is no iodine deficiency anywhere. In 1 piece of herring - a two-day norm. But WHO has never said that there is a real deficiency of selenium. Here the dog is buried. The thyroid gland produces the inactive T4 prohormone, which then turns into active T3 iodine-threonine in other organs under the action of an enzyme, which is called "selenium-dependent deiodinase." If there is a deficiency of selenium, it seems that the thyroid gland does not work enough. Doctors prescribe "iodomarin" and advise eating more seafood. The body is already overloaded with iodine, but without selenium, iodine does not work, but only poisons the body. The richest selenium foods are Brazil nuts. Sold in supermarkets and stalls. Enough 1-2 nuts per day. Astragalus is also rich in selenium, but it is easier to buy a Brazil nut. There are also in parsley, but less. In any pharmacy - big doubts. By the way, I am not a nut seller, but a medical biologist with 44 years of experience. This information layer was prompted by strange, previously unknown mass pathologies in Belarus that had not existed before 2000 (the beginning of mass iodization of food products). This is the only disciplined republic from the former Soviet ones, where EVERYTHING is actually iodized, even ice cream. When I brought this information with scientific data to medical officials, they “helped” me to leave Belarus in two days. What lies behind this - decide for yourself.

Good product for the maintenance of the thyroid gland. I drink 2 pcs. in the morning and give 1 year old son 1 pc. The main condition is to drink Kelp until 12.00 in the morning, then it is well absorbed.
