Tentative Findings as to JEETENDRA HARISH BELANI. The Court has received and considered the Presentence Report (PSR), the Addendum thereto, the sentencing papers of the parties, and the plea agreement in this case. Based on the consideration of the same, the Court tentatively finds and concludes that it will accept the plea agreement of the parties and its stipulations as to sentencing matters, and will adopt the findings and conclusions of the PSR, as modified by the Addendum, including as to the calculation of the Advisory Sentencing Guidelines. The Defendant is in custody, and is subject to removal from the United States. Restitution is not applicable in this case, but there is a stipulation as to the forfeiture of $100,000. The Court will further consider all matters related to sentencing as may be presented by the parties at the sentencing hearing, which with the consent of the Defendant will be conducted via videoconference.
