The set of R and WinBUGS scripts are offered to allow other researchers to replicate the analyses that were performed in the paper "A tutorial on Bayes factor estimation with the product space method".

These scripts were written by Tom Lodewyckx, in collaboration with the co-authors of the paper: Woojae Kim, Michael D. Lee, Francis Tuerlinckx, Peter Kuppens and Eric-Jan Wagenmakers.

Getting the scripts

What

Download the zip archive containing the scripts and unpack the archive. Each folder within the unpacked folder now corresponds to one of the four applications that are described in the paper. Start up R and open the R.txt file within R for a certain application. Now you can start repeating the analysis from the R interface. Make sure that you have R version 2.13.0 or a more recent version. Also, you will need to have the following R packages installed: R2WinBUGS, polspline, msm and MASS.

Conditions

The software is offered free of charge to anyone interested in the tutorial, provided that it is not used for financial profit and that you properly cite the software and the papers mentioned above. Requests to use the software for any commercial purpose must be directed to the authors. The scripts come without any warranty of any kind.
