and who was the lab which tested this? I can't tell if this is just the manufacturer's CoA or if it's the result of independent testing.

It's the whole reason the community has pushed for independent test results.

US/UK/Australian or whatever companies just place a bulk order for some raw material like bacopa, either to be encapsulated or not and just take the word of the supplier for the truth of the test result.
