The Pirate Market has been around a bit longer than many of the other marketplaces and has proven itself to be a secure, reliable dark web market. The site has lots of great features including a bitcoin tumbling service and bitcoin gambling games.
“We have been established since 11/30/13 and we are growing more everyday. We have a diverse range of features, offering gambling games, our own tumbler service, and we are adding multi-sig transactions in the next few days.”

The Interview

You are the global moderator of The Pirate Market, how long have you been involved with the project?
I have been apart of The Pirate Market for about 3 months now, the Market itself has been established since December 2013.
What made you want to be involved in The Pirate Market?
I have previously worked for small Dark net markets before, I had much respect for the admin and the other staffs motivations which made we want to be apart of the team.
Within your role, what makes up your every day tasks?
I currently handle all customer support and public relations, and I moderate both the Market and forums.
The Pirate Market is proud of it’s customer support and service, we aim to answer any questions and reply to PM’s as fast as possible.
Can you please explain about your tumbler service.?
Our Tumbler is called Multi-Tumbler, it’s been up and running for 2 or so weeks now. It was previously apart of TPM until we moved it to it’s own domain and completely separated it from the market itself. We believe Multi-Tumbler is more secure because we tried to make the transactions as anonymous as possible. All transfer times are randomized between 10 minutes and 12 hours, all logs are deleted, and it has an easy-to-use GUI. All tumblers and mixers are somewhat similar, we just provide a simple alternative.
We love the gambling games on your site, are these popular with your users? Are you planning on adding more games?
Our Fortune Card game, where the user bets and chooses a random card, has been extremely popular. The recent addition Scissors Paper Rock has also received some excellent feedback. We wanted to add games where people could gamble their remaining coins from purchases, although we have had users betting quite substanial amounts! We are always looking for new games to add to keep our members entertained, and we do have a few in development so keep your eyes out on the market and forum.
You have informed us that you are enabling multi-sig transactions very soon. When will this be and how will it work on your site?
Multi-sig transactions will be available in the next 24 hours.
We currently support both Escrow and FE (Finalize early), although we wanted to make sure that all of our customers and vendors are assured that their coins are safe. The way we currently have it set up is that once a vendor adds an item they are able to choose their transaction method, you are able to see an items available transaction methods on the item page. We are encouraging all vendors to enable multi-sig on their items, however we are keeping the escrow option available becuase newer users are unfamiliar with this.
Do you have any other features lined up for the near future?
We will be adding a discount option for vendors to offer items at a discounted prices for a set time, along with this we will be adding a discounted items page for users looking for a small bargin.
There are an increasing number of dark net markets for customers to choose from, why should they choose TPM?
The Pirate Market is trusted and established among the dark net community, we have so many trusted and friendly vendors, and we entirely focus our efforts on user security and adding new features. In the 6 months we have been active we have had less than 10 scam reports, we get users attempting to hack daily however not a single one has been successful, and we have a dedicated and loyal community which is growing by the minute.
Where do you see the market in a year’s time?
We want to be the among the most secure, active, and trusted markets around which we succeeding at currently, we are here to stay.

It’s great that The Pirate Market will be adding multi-signature transactions, and we will always recommend going for the markets that use this system. It is safer and more secure for everyone!
