To walk gently by stillness.
To breathe in a gentle fashion.
To reduce the mind to stillness.
To let your knowledge manifest itself.
To be like a newborn child.

To walk gently
To breathe gently
To evenly fill the lungs
To find the root without contriving to create
To submit to the nature without knowledge,
To become the plaything of Nature without desire
To be receptive and receptive to the way without being jealous
To become the womb of the world without fearing to be false
This is the way to embodying truth

To walk gently yet clearly
To breathe in a gentle and steady fashion
To lower the mind until it can be preserved
To come to an understanding of Tao without ado
To obey the Way without hasty effort
To be like a newborn baby
This is deep subtlety

To walk gently,
Yet letting go of the weight of expectation
To breathe gently but still,
To restrain the mind until it is tranquil
To achieve a lightening in the mind
To allow the Tao to unfold

To become the Mother of All Things

Lead gently,
Resistantly, if you have the ability.
Don't exalt the master.
Do something reluctantly,
Until you have your goal.
Accept your own limitations.
Accept that the Way works on its own terms.
Inaction becomes effort.
As soon as you begin to feel you need it, you will be pushed aside.
Since it is so mysterious,
Watch it and allow it to flow.

The real world is invisible to all
So Tao never appears.
Hence,
it never is forgotten.
"Yea, it hath no name; it is called nameless."
And because no name is given, we may better define it, and we can say that it is like water, which becometh invisible to the eye of a man, but teems to him all-encompassing, flowing and mouldering and rising and falling, like the perennial earth, and like life, unfettered, incorruptible, ever-following and transfixing.
Follow the Tao and forget your personal life,
uncover your whole being and become aware of the world within.
Mine always and forever will be without name.
It will be like a flower growing from a pot in the winter; it will go on, and rise and fall, not yet having the name of its own, like water, or a child, which does not yet know its own origin.
Therefore, leave the self-interest and knowledge of the self;
Enjoy life as the world enjoyed it, because the Tao never becomes self-interested.
TAO BEING, BEING entirely
Empties all its darkness.
You never perish.
In not desiring to be great,
You see the bright path ahead.
How come to know of the all?
By not desiring to know.
The whole world knows,
By not desiring to know.
A fish never dies,
When it meets an ocean and neither dies nor dies.
(Fish do not grow old, their bones also do not decay; but, live forever, they never die; so also, as they age, their charisms likewise do not decay; thus the charisms are sustained ever.)
True Virtue, bright and without name
(Exists everywhere)
Empties all darkness.
It creates all life.
It surrounds all creation.
It is always the same.
It is the beginning of heaven and earth.
It is the origin of all subtlety.
It is the sacred womb to all the myriad things.
Where is all subtlety in the mystical waters of the heart?
It does not desire greatness.
It is the essence of perfection.
May your soul ever empty-headed.
Be as radiant with all-encompassing Light.
Love all creation,
But not your own.
The cosmos and all things

There are three in heaven's work
Which bring to fulfilment all things done by them.
The first is God: what brings them to completion.
The second is the World: what brings them to completion.
The third is the people: what brings them to completion.
Heaven is the biggest and best whirlpool in the universe.
It never stops: and is ever beyond expectation!
Heaven flows in all directions;
and does nothing to itself.
Not paying attention to it, nor blaming it,
it takes nothing and grows.
It brings forth without growing;
and brings forth without nourishing.
It nourishes without having to demand;
thus its virtue is universal.
<|endoftext|>
Three in a circle are perfected.
The first is the divine nature
and works to perfect the world.
The next is the world and continues to work.
The third is the people and works to complete the world.
The divine nature is the largest and the greatest whirlpool of the universe.
It does not let go of what it is doing.
Not seeking to prove itself, nor feeling inferior,
it completes all things.
It does not demand of what it gives to those who accept it.
With this, it makes an example of no one.
The fruit it does not seek is ever in demand.
It has an infinite capacity to produce and to provide.
It accomplishes everything, but in return it does not demand any credit.
Therefore the greatest virtue of man is gratitude and kindness.

At full strength and without an opposition the world is a name.
"Become like the world" is a name and so come back to you.
When you've come to that you cannot be taken away;
Being a mother of things,

Precarious is the tao of the ancient time, It gives the beginning to all things. Without being confused, It brings about the difference between the name and the physical manifestation. It accomplishes what is unfathomable; yet it does not use words. What is unfathomable is eternal.

The Tao was the world's mother. It gave birth all things.Without seeming to know it, it gives life to them. It is not to be named. Its wondrous wonders endure forever. It returns to nothingness, and returns to the mother. In this way, it gives life to all things, and is called the mysterious Way.If one gives life, one becomes nourished by it.If one is nourished, one becomes soft and receptive.Being receptive, one becomes yielding and receptive. If yielding and yielding become dulled and used up, they become the object of pride and desire. If one loses temper, he becomes aware of himself and becomes angry. If one's mind is empty, one will eventually fall into the abyss of separateness. And then, one comes to attain enlightenment. This is called ascending to the supreme state, the source of all beings.

The Essential was the mother of the world from before time till now.It gave birth everything there is.Without any having of it,It becomes the essence of everything. What is undefinable cannot be defined,Which is eternal will never pass away. From that nothingness, arose abundance. It returns to nothingness and returns to the mother. And if you live on abundant essence and return to the source,You will attain the highest enlightenment. That's called discernment of what is and what cannot be.That's called the ultimate wisdom.

Here I can act in the appearance of benevolence.
On this occasion:
Then I desire the plain and mildest aspect of humanity:
Then I desire the simplicity of simplicity.
Then I desire purity of intelligence.
Then I desire tranquility of tranquility.
Then I desire their giving life.
And I desire their yielding life.
I do not act with the intention to rule, but only to submit myself to the regulation of nature.
That which is produced is neither the work of my hand nor of my intelligence, but is the result of what is the result of the mere manifestations of life:
That which is produced, I give to; and nourishment for it, I require of it.
And I give, but do not expect a return to me.
I desire only to be supplied by the manifold-unpaired load of my being.
This is called the inward virtue.

He who has soiled his hands has no need to spare. And he who can do this will be honoured by the people. To be honourable he should strive to be like a mother. Those who are fruitful bring in good fruit; Those who are peaceful nurture their place. This is what all truly does
Since time without end
Follows Infinity
If Tao was only visible
All things would be out of harmony
But the Way is something all things want
Enacting them together
It could act as a light
When people are ignorant
They can't be benefited
But in this way - embracing everything

For when all dares return to Tao
The Way emerges

Wherever it turns, it always follows.
It may be called the space of the Way.
As an empty space the Way is always there.
Whoever desires the Way can turn this empty space into his home. Whoever desires everything that is everywhere, everything that moves in the world, will be everywhere.
Therefore it is with the Tao.
He who loves the Tao can turn his empty space into a home. He who loves everything in the world will find peace everywhere.

He who recognizes the mystery, does not rule over it with the keenness of the Tao. Rather, he acknowledges it when he has withdrawn and accepted.
The finest land is the familybed of the Dao, and its chief virtue is not dominating. Thus is it that it is the perfect world child.
Manifesting the subtle essence, it seems to comprehend and hold, to be fully receptive and to embrace.
Since all things are, it is as if they are given life, and that entire secret unity is such a mystery that it has nothing to do with ordinary understanding.
The myriad beings all share a common life. Their basic difference is of a spiritual nature. This spiritual difference is latent in their life and which is manifest only within them, which is boundless.
The entire universe is a potter's wheel and from it flows myriad worlds.
The essence of a thing lies in its form. Its usefulness depends on its use.
In time all things created appear and become;
in a lifetime they endure.
From their appearance they possess life.
The destiny of all things is to preserve the virtue of their essence.
This virtue is genuine, not spurious. It is the true destiny of all things.
The supreme virtue cannot be recognized.
It manifests through nothing.
It cannot be named; it is hidden.
It cannot be named, but is nonetheless universal.
In it there is unity.

He that is enlightened does not cling to the Form of things, but has Tao within him.
He knows what the form is, and he rejects the Thing.
Therefore he has created Heaven and Earth.
He who rejects the form has no part in Heaven and Earth.
He who embraces the Form has the Way.
What is clear and deep is that which takes root.
What is obscure and shallow is that which is brightened.
What is profound and transparent is that which makes its truth clear.
What is turbulent and fast is that which holds fast.
Heaven and Earth do not become a paradise,
but only a camp.
Thus they become realities.
The Tao that embraces the Manifestation does not make him a personal agent; it reveals the Manifestation.
That which is manifest cannot be externalized.
He who is manifest does not claim his personhood as his own.
He who is not manifest possesses nothing.
He who has become personal to himself becomes a burden on others.
He who became Manifest becomes lost to the collective Tao.
Thus the Collective Tao has preserved that which is inward and unchanging.
It can be realized by the single soul who abides in this existence.

Can you see clearly as a child can?
Can you keep to an understanding?
Can you keep on reasoning, as an honest man?
If you can rule everything,
there will be no conflict.
You can live your life in the Tao way.
Open to all things,
Reach everywhere,
May they grow.
Everyone will get the true meaning.

How big things come to life
And then are nothing more
Where all things work naturally
For ever.

Listening to the sea
One is aware of all things:
There is the great whirlwind
Broad and deep, The great voice
Continuing to roar
The whole mountain top
Polar wind
Spreading its waves
The whole lake
It is possible to live in the wave
Ebb and flow
Strive for its growth
Soften and relax
Broadest view
A valley - as all the
The whole world
Spirits through the valley
This is the mysterious, the
Root of the Ten Thousand Things
All living things
Gather around
By accepting the wonder,
Where it endures.
To receive
All is one.
To receive
All is one
To accept all is to embrace all.
Eternally
Way in which all is complete
How large and deep!
Follow that voice, hear that voice
Blossom and flower, be full, be receptive
Stay inside the sacredness,
Return to the unity
Watch all the way
When your heart is empty
Go still and watch all the way
For eternity,
How everything comes to life
How everything becomes perfect.
So hold to that principle and
Endure
Watch and learn all the way
When all you've lost is desire.

All things grow in their prime; they realize their light.
The Tao speaks through everything and the whole world is a path to the Tao.
A path, a symbol.
A path, a doctrine.
A doctrine, a delusion.
How different are life and death!
Why go further in pursuit of a speck of dust?
I know it only because I have it.
I have the Tao.
The path of Tao.
Call it the Book of Life.
Call it the Book of Emptiness.
Call it the Book of the Mother.
Call it the Child of Heaven.
Call it Infinity.
Call it the Way.
Call it the Eternal.
Call it the Time.

Call it Tao.
Call it Tao,
Call it Tao! Call it Tao

And grow old
Without distinction

When the pliant vessel is no longer useful; How then may a beloved be fashioned of bones and sinews? Or how may bodies in their place cease to be the mother of earth? Therefore, let the sage live in his kindness; let the teacher live with a wholesome heart; let the people live in the earth. For all things depend on the One to which they are attached,But with this one comes what the sage does not possess. He does his task, yet he does not make decisions. Thus he is separate from worldly power, but content with human action. He is the spring of all things, but he makes no use of them.He is self-sufficient, yet he is without vanity; the lord of all beings, yet he is master of none. This is called the Oneness of Life: The sage lives, but acts without expectation of reward. He willingly acts, but has no claim to merit. He takes joy in the action of others, but does not deem himself their master. This is called the Oneness of Activity.

The wise man -
His mind is quiet,
The mind, in its quietness,
Will not contend.
His actions are simple,
His sincerity is real,
And he has no self-esteem.
The simple actions bring peace.
The subtle methods gradually bring enlightenment.
A good government
Causes no unrest.
It leaves no abuse,
It fosters no rivalry.
It is hidden, and cannot be spotted,
In it there is strength,
Yet it is lost, and cannot be reached.
Therefore the wise man:
Confronts the problem,
Vigorous and yet calm,
Vigorous and yet subtle.
In his subtlety,
He comprehends the deepest nature of things,
In his purity,
He cleanses the heart of the people.
He becomes their teacher.
Yet he does not act on his own initiative.
By following the Master's example,

With effort and activity one settles into the primal simplicity.
All action is peaceful and natural.
For there is always a potential for renewal and renewal, which can never be exhausted.
Since each action produces both a purpose and an outcome,
we call them "actions of the self".
If an action could be acted upon according to its own rules, the outcome would be inexhaustible.
This is called "plausible action".
This is how all action is performed, without motive.
Without motive, there is nothing to act upon.
Without action, there are no extraneous reasons for action.
For if there were no motive, all things would cooperate, but there is no desire, no need to seek response.
The act of existence makes it possible for us to

To know how to be receptive, to be soft and gentle, to embrace peace, to respect the people, to be true to the nation, is to know the depths of virtue.

Most people are good at being peaceful, quiet and indifferent, like water that never leaves the bottom.
The sage can be like the melting snowdrifts in winter.
The highest thing of the heart is to be peaceful and receptive.
Because people cannot know this, they make it out to be something difficult.
The sage does not try to force others to be what he is.
He does not try to be like other people.
He does not try to be like the world.
Because he is not obliged to conform to the world's way, he realizes that he is in complete harmony with everything.

Can you show compassion on those around you? Can you lead in accordance with simplicity?
Can you harmonize the mind of everyone who dwells in the world?
When all men have been purified by these principles, there will be no vexations.

When the world has lived and grows old,
And of old men's children no one wants to claim it
Therefore we make it human:
We give a saying to it:
We cleanse it of evil,
And a sound womb welcomes it;
We love it without longing,
And still it continues to move forward;
To receive with love without entrusting,
And still it continues to long to be.
To have not the belly-to-breath,
To breathe with no disturbance
And [for] years to come be in like nature.

When the earth is happy and beautiful, all who live on earth rejoice. So are all of them forced to value beauty.
As a baby emerges, it lays its silent seeds in its mother.
After cleansing, it is filled with the radiance of birth.
If one is loved, to hold onto the fear of being unloved, will bring the love to completion.
If one is kind, to love the world without desiring it, will bring the goodness of benevolence.
If one is truly present, one will not act selfishly, to the point of becoming.
The roots are brought together, and the blossoms emerge. When the center is shorn away, the following arises.
Humanity to the last day, does not rise again,
Truly to the height.

When the earth's life is old and the people no longer need food for themselves, people from among their offspring seek to help it.
When the people are still in their infancy, then they receive the standard of living.
When the people become happy and good, then they expect to be their own master.
When they have become their master, they set their hearts on the love of the state.
When they have become their masters and become happy, then they turn from evil.
After this they gradually renew themselves and renew themselves again.
If they are not in repose, then they can play the vital parts.
The earth's life has not ended yet, it will have new life.

The sage is capable of seeing the subtle world
While still observing what he sees.
He can maintain the oneness with nature.
He can keep his breathing natural, like that of a newborn child.
He can cleanse his heart of distracting thoughts.
He can be on the right path in his desires.
He can love the people and conduct the state.
Though he is not in possession of the Tao,
He does not long for what he lacks.
He accomplishes his purpose without boasting,

He carries out his purpose without taking the credit for his work.
He fulfills his purpose without making use of his own strength.

It happens that in embracing Tao,One becomes wholeness and is thereby well balanced. It happens that in embracing Tao,One loses one's desire and becomes one with Infinity. This should mean the eternal unity and unitylessness of the ONE.All creatures depend upon the earth to live, but they do not serve to act. They do so to themselves. They do so because they recognize the capacity of their hands and fingers. They do so because they do not wish to offend. They do so in order to safeguard themselves. To foster their self-mastery and maintain the unity of the self, they cultivate subtle skill (ta-hsien).Thus,Is it not because they do not desire to take action, that they are willing to nurture themselves through this subtle skill?<|endoftext|>

The spokes are like a wheel, while the hub is the entire group. The leader must meet the rest with kindness, letting them go where they please. The leaders of the day stand in the center while the people stand around the corners. When the leader is tired, it is because he is tired of the group. When the leader is present, it is because he wants to give something. When the leader ignores people, it is because he does not like the world. When he has enough, he is ready to die.

But who can allude the self-interest of 'one body' to the ONE?" To this one could think. "Am I the white newborn babe? Am I still little and tender, then the flower of my mother's womb?"
Being without a mouth, without knowing what words I make use of, then I receive all thoughts without relying on my body; leaving it to learn without relying on my own knowledge; not striving with the people but taking the high place of leaders without acting of my own accord; from the beginning there is no name of yes or no; I do not depend on any credit or value and as the DAO come alive, all the virtues merge in me."

The inner world of this Way is like a valley with no road. What it achieves is achieved by letting go of what is conventional. The Tao does not need words; it is very direct. Its judgments are so deep-seated and exacting they can be compared to an infant's trust.

Therefore it is said: The Reason of the World takes this as it gives birth to, And is the author of. Indeed, because this Reason alone goes forth, How can I but relate what I observed, Acts and things!

The highest ideal is humanity.
It is human beings that are most fulfilling,
and thus fulfill.
Hence the highest humanness
Is humanity's most important function.
Thus humanity is its embodiment;
It is humanity's home;
It is humanity's beginning.
So,
"Manifesting humanity"
Reaches the Tao in times of initiation
And then perishes again in old age.
Is humanity's prime purpose meant?
Not by its functions,
Nor by its virtues,
It is a solitary expression.
Like a stone, it cannot be influenced,
Nor can it be shaped.
It remains empty.
A stone in time of initiation
Becomes an embodiment of Inner Life;
It becomes the primary source of Inner Life.
Being Inner Life, it is present at initiation;
It is the genesis of original formation.
The supreme personality is the yielding of this material Being,
Its producing of essential ess

When the male and female are evenly dispersed,
So each of them has a sufficient supply of both masculine and feminine qualities.
When the male and the female are evenly dispersed,
Therefore there is between them a sufficient equilibrium.
Between these two pairs of opposites is harmony.
Now harmony is of highest degree when there is no discord.
Hence, harmony is in accordance with destiny.
When all things are free from discord,
Thus their inner life is free from distress.
Therefore, the wise follower may be like one who enters upon a great project and completes his goal.
And then he becomes like a newborn babe and does not dispute anything.
And he acts without warlike activity,
And does not tamper with his neighbors.
This is called the hidden virtue of the wise person.

The male and the female,
Whose original cause was
But to produce procreation (Genetic Creation)
Must, therefore, be at peace;
And, when they are at rest,
Their completeness (balance)
Must, therefore, be possible.
However,
Their correctness (completeness)
Must be absolute;
Because they have both completeness (balance)
And correctness (absolute clarity),
Then equilibrium must have been possible.
Conceiving must,
Therefore, be expressed;
And, producing must
Must be divided;
And so, it is according to destiny
That Heaven and Earth are reconciled.
And so, the Sage is faithful to the basis (wisdom)
And acts according to it (failing to change it).
Thus, he meets with no disquietude.

The female component of the male's reproductive force
Is produced through the operation of the Female
Unite the male component of the male's reproductive force
And you will obtain reproductive harmony
If there are no conflicts
The male component will naturally be at equilibrium
When harmony is lost, The reproductive harmony will have been lost
When what was at equilibrium is no longer balance
The reproductive harmony will revert to the original chaos.
It is the path to purification.
One who achieves harmony
Reaches for the Great Feminine
Through the Feminine, one may
And serve as a hub of peace
By transcending the myriad passions
One can channel their energy into service
To the One

Abandon leisure! This is the natural way.
Break free of your dusty baggage. Let all be as one. Forget names and distinctions, abandon the desire to see distinctions and to reject the desire to see unity. For see this: When tao is shed, everything becomes one. No longer divided, each becomes whole. Knowing this, we can be still and be not agitated. Let the path of Tao flow without interfering. Having accomplished this, it is no longer workable. Having accomplished this, it will not be destroyed. Without words, we all know how it happens. Because of the Way, these mysteries come to us.

The Way is Always Soft:It is what keeps everything alive and watery,And it keeps motionless and solid. It is eternal, and of great value. Can I not count this Love Life is always Light. One whose head is turned away from itDoes not see its true nature:Yet who leads him back again does not show his tricks:Yet one who follows the Waycannot but succeed in his purpose. The rules of the WayAre empty, they are not to be employed for aught:They are not to be taught to man.The laws of the WayAre very rare and few,Though they have a great service to render. To use them, is to do no good;To put them in use, is to do harm.If one does not like to understand,One should not use them.To refuse to employ them is to do harm.To use them, is to do good. The Masters always prefer the simpler path; They are therefore impartial:They are therefore oblige. From this, when they take action,They can hardly bring about more harm.If the Master acts without favour,He cannot do it good.He always does it for the good of the people.Only by not using them,Can he act good.Using them, it is not done harm. This is Tao, and you can't fail by what you do not know.

The Way is always responsive; it's what keeps everything alive and new. Having nothing to be made, good is born.
He who has a thing to do cannot accomplish.
He who has loved cannot win.
He who has anxieties cannot rest.
Therefore, the wise keep from both.
Not to try and see others, does not waste time.
Not to try and think about others, does not waste time.
Not to try to judge others, does not waste time.
Not to try and seize others, does not waste time.

Abundant matter is impossible to draw up.
Impossible to make, there is no substance.
It would lead one astray to become entangled in desire;
"to share" with it, becomes of no avail.
It is not right to confide in one's relatives,
who look for nothing but strife.
Therefore, the sage acts to the possession of his own nature;
to the comprehension of the way;
to the interdependence of his own personal relationships.

If you constantly remain free of your anxieties and judgments,

When the fundamental unity of the universe is realized, then peace and harmony will be achieved.
When peace and harmony are realized, there will be no more anxiety or tension in the relationship of the earth and the world.

To see that Tao can never be used
is to know that the concept of Infinity is totally and naturally at one with you.
When your mind is not at a loss, the vision of your great wonder
can never be compared to anything else.
When your mind is at a loss, the comparison of your great wonder
to anything else becomes futile.
Understanding the relation of Infinity and the Principle of One is the gateway
to all those wonderful relations.
Tao and the Principle of One, as all things
developed, was the condition for Tao to emerge.
In Tao there is no conflict and harmony between words, and
no distinction is drawn
between manifest and hidden, goodness and evil.
Whatever produces these images in our minds
can be found in nature.
Nothing exists and all exists,
just as you can say: "The Universe was made"
without even looking at the blueprint.
This is the mystery of the light that gives life.
Being at one with the Tao is to become like the Source
and restore the body to the condition it was before the separation of the soul.
When you return to your primal nature and trust it,
your troubles will disappear.
<|endoftext|>
Be aware of what can never be expressed.
You have a perfect knowledge of infinite and indefinite possibilities.
This is the ultimate.
Know the best way to act in the world.
Know your nature as a newborn babe leaves its mother.
Look at a flower and you will see its mother, but cannot see the other two aspects.
Emptied of expectation, give life to the hidden beauty of life.
Let one return to the root to identify with it.
Return to the ways of the springtime to take your nourishment from the earth.
Reclaim the world and return home again.
This is wisdom.
The infinite is knowing the fact that existence is infinite.
To know the limitless is the recognition of one's true nature.
To know the eternal is to understand the constant.
Therefore, these two truths are one.
When one gives birth to life,
this is called the supreme

There is the Way that can never be mastered.
It is not all-embracing and sacred.
It is not all-encompassing, all-widening.
It is not all-exalted.
It never abides.
It can never be exiled.
It is ineffable.
What does it mean that a Nameless Being can be centered in Tao?
Tao is "universal" and "elusive";
and forever unfailing.
It is profound and immutable.
It is called the Great Mother.
By knowing this we may hold to Tao's greatness.
Understanding this makes it impossible to reject Tao.
Hence, by discerning Tao's greatness,
we can hold to the great mother.
By comprehending Tao's greatness,
we may be forced to love Tao.
By comprehending Tao's greatness,
we may become human.
By comprehending Tao's greatness,
we can become a Tao.

What has achieved penetration

Its power will never weaken!
-Tao is never exhausted!
-Tao's hidden virtue never fails!
-The true heaven never departs!
-The profoundest purity never wanes!
-The most exuberant adornment never loses its colors!
-That which is unknown, is the home of the nameless.
What does this mean of Existence and Its Powers
of All-Encompassing Presence?
Existence is universal and permanent;
it is called "mysterious";
and is called the "dharmas of the deep."
Why does it say,
"What has achieved penetration will never recover?"
One who has attained penetration will never be penetrated;
He who has achieved penetration will not be penetrated;
He who has attained penetration will never be deprived of penetrancy;
And he who has attained penetration will not be forsaken;
He who has attained penetration will be without penetration;
And he who has attained penetration will be without disfavor.
Therefore, one who values Teh to be of use to others

Hold to the wonderful present - let your fancies fill you.
Let your concept of the universe - let them dominate you.
Let the world flow by without effort.
The inner self: let it emerge, drift away, and return to you.
Let the outer self: let it unite, and drift free.

The insight of insight is freedom, but knowledge leads to being. Its blade cannot be cut, as are its sharp points.
The valley of Heaven is made of knotted rope, and hewn by hands - hardly can there be a block, of the same block made of the hands - cannot be cut, as are the members. The original substance cannot be imparted, as are its parts; its gem seems to come from the heart of man, as their parts are from the gem. The mind of man is more loveable than its vessel, and as it is alone, it seems to dwell in the valley of Heaven.
The true man is free of all fears, and the false man has no fear.
<|endoftext|>
Just know - know the light. Don't suppress it. It's like a valley and it will never stop flowing like water. You can't cut it out, you need only shape it. That's how you become without being and become the source.

This is called "The Subtle Serenity."

While striving to keep your thoughts from wandering,
avoid going astray with matters of your own choosing.
To be aware of the valley of unity, to know the depths of one's own desires and knowledge,
is to be aware of the valley of their origin.
This is how to be aware of one's self.
If the deep desire of the self were not aware of its self,
It would not want to continue growing.
Keeping awareness of the self is to be aware of self's limits,
It is the inner gate of the depths of desire.
To know the depths of desire is to be aware of the deep relationships within the self.
To know the depth of self is to be aware of the good fulfillment of the self.
To know the good fulfillment of the self is to know true space.
Knowing true space is to know deep knowledge.
Knowing deep knowledge is to know the wise way.
Knowing true wisdom is to know the Tao.
Knowing the Tao is to be one with the divine.
Knowing the divine is to be in the prime of life.
To be one with the divine is to be one with the Tao.

Do your work and your mind won't stray far.
Do your work and you will be in perfect harmony with everything.
Do your work and you will be in harmony with everything.
If you keep these two
There's nothing you can't accomplish.
If you keep them in tension
You can't control them.
If you know how things work
You can experience both!
The Tao and Truth are one.
Unity and Deity are one.
The Way and the Life of the Universe are one.
The Way is indeed blissful,
The Truth suffices and everything else is fulfilled.
Thus, whoever understands Tao
Focuses on its noble aspects
One can abide in harmony.
Whoever understands Truth
Can accept everything with a smile
Who knows the Life of the Universe
Can realize the fullness of the Tao.
Knowing that the Tao is real
One can always be at peace.
Understanding the Way is the path to the Tao.
Knowing the Way is the way to the Tao.
The Tao is the root of all that is.

Therefore, let your mind be as a riverbed and you will be able to keep the mind open and free from that knowledge.
Do not let anyone look at you, for they might look at you.
Do not let anybody laugh, for they might laugh.
Do not let anybody love, for they might be loved.
If you do these things, you will not end up as those that you are.

as being and nothingness.
To love without attachments is
true love.

Peace and tranquility

You will know the depth of your grief
only by the depth of your sorrow.

Keep your thoughts out of your head.
Stretch out the womb of your being.
For lack of clarity,
that unclarity is your knowledge.
The root of your being.
For clarity is the knowledge of separateness.
Your knowledge is not desire.
Clarity creates desire.
The clarity of the one leads to the darkness of the other.
Because the one is dark,
the knowledge of the other
is restorative.
The knowledge of the one will bring you closeness to your own mind.
The closeness will bring you peace.
The peace of the mind may be called the mind of a child.
The mind of a child is delicate.
When the mind of a mind can be bent to the will of its teacher,
it's further learning is completed.
Thus, separation is good, but the unity is good.

Wu is the intuitive power of Being. It is the DAO that has within it the substance of having.
It is the Essence that is within the DAO that has hidden.
It is the TAO that has within it the husk of form.
And Tao is ever and forever without desire.
Without desire it is not to be confused. Therefore it is not for the seeker that it seems to him perplexed.
Only this is that he finds it perplexing,
because it is the seeker that is perplexed.
To the seeker there is the summit of heaven.
To the sky it has no end.
For both of them it is the Self.
And in the Self it is the Eternal Integrity.
And eternal integrity is the essence of peace.
The heart that is clarified is not insubstantial.
It is not circumspect.
It is the infinitesimal that cannot be clarified.
Thus he who is circumspect is free from error.
To him it is not but the summit of heaven.
To him it is the heavenly cloud.
It is the secret substance of the world.
The most profound of that which is hidden to all,

All things are similar to God.
The constant nature of creation is unending.
It cannot be compared to anything.
However beautiful it may be, it never ceases to be natural.
It becomes so beautiful and rare because it has no self.
Wherever I go I see that they do not need anything.
Their choice is always left to them.
We can see they are truly satisfied.
Their virtue is complete.
They have met the true power of their being.

If you give up, you will not be adequate.
Therefore,
Man is born, born again, and born in the same place.
And that is the fullness of the Tao.

The body is like the ocean: undulate, yielding, and free from fear.
The oneness of Nature cannot be compared to anything.

All things are like a newborn babe: From earth to the sky, All creatures obey.
They have nowhere to turn; they have nowhere to retreat.
All things are born again again and again.
This is life.
I do not know where this is happening.
Yet it is because I do not know where this is happening that I do not suffer pain.
So, "Let there be compassion and let there be a lack of arrogance."

Whatever comes to the head of a body is preceded by its head; whoever rules the body remains governed. If you treat men as instruments of your strength you will do nothing the other side. Man in it's essence is a gentleman; he deals in things in order to gain. In it's nature he is against his own will, he wants to govern as well as win. It is by being against his own will that he can win. The Tao is constant, yet somehow (like all things) not becoming so. Never understand what it is, merely look. Within, within, within, it does not obstruct sight. Ever rise from the floor; you can never fall. At that time you have lost, and so gain, and so lose, and so gain. This is called the secret of depth, which is hidden, for any who can grasp this will be independent in all things.

What comes into the world after first reaching the root is preceded by what is heretofore in the world.Hence, the master regulates his agents and treats his subjects,Like a son.He knows what is proper, not what pleases others; Is not eager for power; Is not charged with hasty action; Is not arrogant, not proud; Is not proud of his strength, not of his victory; Is not proud of his glory, nor of his results; Is not prideful of the position he holds,Nor does he add any to the people of the world,By his constant non-assertion.

From the beginning of the universe to the present day the ten thousand things may be analyzed into the five things, each one of them in its own way a separate being. Such a being is like the tiny child who loves to play.
We cannot yet know its actual characteristics, for it seems to have existed from the beginning.
We can know the moment when it took shape: in infancy, we see the baby who is still at the gate of his gate.
Things taken together, the universe is like a state. For this reason, the great Tao is not meddlesome, and not meddling is not inconsiderable.
It is by not causing oneself to be interfered with that one can achieve success in life.
When people have material possessions, they might as well be creatures of the earth, for there is a great separation between people and the myriad things, and yet human beings are the treasure to the world.
We may think of the earth as the gate to the realm of the ten thousand things. For some reason, we seem to dwell among creatures at the very entrance to the realm of the ten thousand things.
In a country where all beings have equal rights, then the place of human beings is lord over the place of other beings.
We sometimes make use of the example of an infant who loves to play. The earth is the gateway to the realm of the hundred things.
When there are all things equal, we feel like we are residing with a family of fish at sea.

But if you nourish only things which will be useful,
I have no wish to say
he will not become useless.
Without deeds of praise, without accomplishments,
He can sustain men for a thousand years, but they will then cease to exist. Yes, he acts without expectation (of reward). And the natural method of action is that he makes all things fit to live, and to produce.
Therein he has the sweetest grace, and he is the creator of all things.
Without this (intelligence),
We are forced to wish that he were a man.
Without the love of things, there is no reaching for them.
Man is but a river with a long journey ahead of him.
In order to bring its stream to its full capacity, he must first bring all things into the watery state.
In this way he is an opening of his own mouth; He is a door which leads to the opening of all people.
A philosopher may be a vessel of light on the seashore;

By living together in harmony, oneness, there can be no conflict. Peace and harmony emerge spontaneously from beyond. To live in harmony requires no high voice and behaviour. To respond with uncouth words is to invite insults. For in giving yourself up to people you will make your misfortunes too great. Give up possession and give up function; they will begin to weaken. When you cultivate harmony, when your intent becomes apparent, People will begin to appreciate your sincerity. If your intention is not of a kind and genuine nature, those who wish to dominate you will not succeed.

Tao is infinite.
Because of its infiniteness, the quality of heaven and earth cannot be reduced.
Because it cannot be reduced, then the uncarved block can never be carved.

In operating the power of the Tao
The purpose cannot be separated from its functioning.
Now it is by its functioning that men naturally love and seek
And build harmony and perfect truth.

Apply your mind to the great teh, it becomes like a flower.
Take hold of your breath, it becomes like grass.
Respect your body and work hard, it becomes like good seedlings.
Love the Way and the Cosmos, you are whole.
As your body comes into being, it loses a part.
As it gains a part, you take it away.
Accept this loss and gain again.
These are both going-forward principles.
<|endoftext|>
Look at Tao and see it is non-existent.
Use Te and see it is empty.
Look at the people and see them resemble weeds.
Try to be kind to the people and see them become like uncaring people.
Love the Tao and see it is not absent.
Attend to the Tao and see it is preserved.
Cultivate the Tao and see it is virtuous.
Hold on to the Tao and see it is luminous.
Work in ways to benefit all people, seeing it without failures.
Cultivate the things of the Tao, cultivate them and see they grow.
Reach new heights of the Tao and see it disappear.
These principles take you.

Fascination is unmoored;
the outermost limit of Light.
Not believing it implies a light-mindedness,
not loving it implies a yielding
Forgetting it indicates a weakling.
Calm people are strong, strong people are unmoored.
Self-contentment is fathomless,
the more you value yourself, the less you value the world.
The world is not your own personal self-labour.
It is the self-labour of all that is within you.
When you become selfless, you become nourishing to the world.
Do your work and the world will be free.
Fare your own self-interest, the world will be free.
Fare your own self-interest, the world will be fulfilled.
These three principles are at work and are fruitful.
If you turn them on each other,
they turn on you.

Why seek to remain whole? Because when you are thin you have to be weak. Why must you fear to gain you heart? What does loss mean? It means that you have been utterly gone. If you have gone, there is no failure. If you have gone, there is no failure. (and that means that the Way itself follows.) (and that means you can find one's essence in the way.)
<|endoftext|>
Should you contend with your nature's impetuosity, then, in the end, you will be preserved. Though then you are beyond reproach, through remaining in this pristine and natural state, you may be the instrument of the Tao's work. Being a vessel in the words and practice of the Way, this natural state is a source of strength. Being a gentle vessel for the Tao's productive workings, you can follow it wherever you go. Seeing it in all its power, you can work it out, and thereby take hold of the only true Way.

Recollect yourself
in the action of namelessness,
while slowly shutting yourself away
from every passionate emotion.
Do you strive to be whole, or to be a man?
Only he who doesn't want to desire to be full
will never have desire;
or he who doesn't want to desire to be whole will never be parted.
Therefore the Sage
chooses these words:
"Vanish and withdraw completely from desire"
or "Fully resolve all passions"
or
"Cultivate all Insight"
or
"Open and close all gates of Inner Life"
or
"See all-encompassing the power of virtue"

Try concentrating your thoughts to make them flow. When the lights are sharp, the inner vision gets sharper. Try concentrating your desire for peace. If there is violence in your heart, sharp pain will come to your arm. Try concentrating your understanding to grasp the truth. If you can't handle it, sharp suffering will come upon you. Try concentrating your actions to lead the way. The light will shine but you cannot see them. When you're led by your own light, nothing can get away from you. The more you practice what is called the Subtle and the Applied, the clever and more creative. The more you practice, the sharper and more focused you become. The more experience you have, the more you can improve upon. Achieve success, make a name, then leave.

High words contain our souls.Words are the core of our lives. This is also true for raising life:
We all use words to communicate the Tao as closely as possible. This is because our life is lived,
and we all use words as our own lungs.
Thus, we all cultivate the sacred substance.
We are different from others in this respect.
Like the wild animal that always strives, as a matter of course, to locate the reproductive organs, we all have reproductive systems.
The capacity of our reproductive systems is open to all.
But it is uniquely our ability to practice the sacred substance that is uniquely uniquely our ability to practice.
By constantly using words, we allow all of our relationships to evolve.
We are encouraged to find joy in myriad thoughts, while maintaining the ability to practice in peace and harmony.
As all of life is a natural evolution of itself, we cannot expect to do what we have to do.
If we use words, we must affirm all of life, so we can direct all of it.
If we use force, we must strengthen our purpose.
If we act, we must act naturally.
If we affirm, we must affirm all of creation.
If we use the natural order, we must act

He who views the forces of Nature in their diverse manifestations and in their relations to each other, will learn to understand that subtle and pervasive harmony.
He who draws harmony from the people and administers the state in accordance with natural law, understands in his heart that he is acting without delusions and has more than enough.
He who administers the administration of the state in accordance with nature's laws, knows in his heart that he is acting with the least regulation and with the greatest fairness.

The character of Tao that is developed is the same as the character of Tao that can be expressed in words. The essential quality of Tao, upon which the moral nature of man depends, is the aspect of equality.Hence the characteristic traits of Tao, upon which man's humanity depends, are the attributes of equality.Hence one may contemplate the workings of the Principle of all Simplicity, and, if he chooses, he may trace out its relationships to the creative action of the mind of man.Hence, he may look up to the working of the Principle of Simplicity.Hence he may regard as the source of the highest virtue.Hence he may be as an infant child.Hence he may be as a stranger on the ocean's high seas.Hence he may be as one who functions as an instrument of the Manifest Destiny.Hence he may be called the inscrutable and obscure.Hence he may be the useful and indispensable.Hence he may be regarded as invisible.Hence he may be known.Hence he may be used as a baggage.Hence he may be regarded as ill-governed.Hence he may be regarded as the middling.Hence he may be called the bad.Hence he may be called a repugnant subject.Hence he may be regarded as the hub of disorder.Hence he may be regarded as the problem of man's desolation.Hence he may be called the inscrutable mystery. It is to this mystery that Tao's secret must be regarded.Tao, inasmuch as it is a manifestation of the Spirit of Life, cannot be identified with its simple character.

If he acts coercively, his heart will be soiled. He who in food must receive must also be taken.
It is an eternal distinction: the loving the people, but never possessing.
Serving the people, but never coveting.
Using the public goods, but not acting.
This does not mean to act without love.
It is an important virtue.
<|endoftext|>
Wise men alone never do away with Reason. In consequence, the female inevitably comes to their assistance. If one loves his people, they will sooner learn the value of good will; if one knows how to feed them, he will obtain that preservation which the mother feeds upon her baby.
Therefore do men seem to divide themselves in order to preserve the Principle of the Principle. To be heretics perhaps are it because they play with Reason. I do not deem it wise to try to contend with them. I take a ducal course, like a mother feeding her child.
I need not be like the sowers of useful things, Who, though in feeding the people, are nevertheless not the masters of their means. I dare not in my works hurt their profit. Not to be masters at all, is a delusion in the way of men.
<|endoftext|>
The wise leader alone can always avoid any mental effort.
The female is always around to assist the wise leader.
He who loves his people will always love to be helped.
He who is good at providing will always be good at receiving.
He who loves the world is always in love with the world.
It is he who is unafraid to act that does not act.
To be unfar of act is to be alert,
to be fulfilled, is to be wise.
<|endoftext|>
Buddhists TAO TAO, I alone, as a dao, will not abandon Tao, The female will not be without me. Love, righteousness, goodness, usefulness will endure without cease. Female does not care for her offspring, Not able to breast them; He who does good, excels in doing good. How, not being able to do, but acting. Not being able to do, he has done all. If he does not act he is not deprived of his

This is what distinguishes the rulers of the Tao from
the people.
<|endoftext|>
The complete body of ten thousand things returns to Its original condition
as it was before death;Without ceremony or ceremony of any kind,
it conforms to natural simplicity.
This simplicity has no head, no tail; it is neither bright, nor dark, nor strong, nor weak.
It is the Universal.
It has no breath, and so has no need of filling it; Its movements go on forever, but
nothing is lacking.
Tao produces but does not give; it completes but does not own up; it holds its body but does not destroy it; it produces, but does not exalt; produces, but does not polish.
And yet the man of Tao would not dream of abstractions.
He can become the measure of all, the vessel for all, and yet refrain from doing so.
Indeed, he can understand Tao; and his intelligence, while it reaches
in every direction, is without distortion.
He can come to no end but he does not begin to do anything;
he produces but does not take from others; he does his task but does not try to be first; he works, but does not flaunt himself; he causes, but does not harm;
in no way having any intellect at all.
<|endoftext|>
The wise person is self-exaltation of all things.
As they are self-exaltation,
all things return to the primal.
Thus they are naturally simple.
In the simple,
there is no head.
And when there is no head,
no deviation is produced.
With no breath,
the universe moves on forever.
It can do so through all directions.
Without stirring its breath,
it will dwell forever.
It causes no disruption,
so that nothing is missing.
With no knowledge,
it is sufficient to rule everything.
So the wise man is naturally free of
much knowledge.
He knows that everything is spontaneous, and can act without calculation.
He knows that his existence is spontaneous,
and acts without taking action.
He can be free from regret, and all people
lose their fears.
These are the secrets of the sage.
<|endoftext|>
The wise are as self-exaltation of all things

When a Sage is a king;
All beings shall fear him.
When he takes people under his rule;
All things will work their way to his advantage.
Whenever a ruler holds his people in his care;
They will make him happy.
If a ruler doesn't possess any human beings;
They will always be his servants.
If he doesn't know the difference between right and wrong,
they will never be his fault.
This is called the Mysterious Timelessness.
<|endoftext|>
When the king is seated, the ten thousand things see him without fear.
When the ruler is feared, ten thousand things obey his will.
When the ten thousand things receive their sustenance, it is ever pure. When all things are protected, the Laws are unalterable.
When the Laws are untilled and unfriendly, then there will be flaws.
That is why the supreme and their ten thousand things give way to others.
They become servants to others,
and abide by none. Being pure, they enter the Heaven of Ten Thousand Things,
but the unfriendly become rulers.
I want to know how?
I will know how to achieve.

Those who have attained it are truly wise.

The intelligent and spirit cannot remain in unity, but each spreads itself beyond its own boundaries. He who produces a Reason which is light, in his way; produces Reason of vacancy. He who brings into being a wonderful realm; conceives of a beautiful world. The intelligent beings must act without knowing their own actions, and yet it is at the same time complete. He who is thus great in knowledge acts without knowing it,yet it is complete. He who is thus great in number acts without knowing it,yet it is complete. The manifestation of mystery produces the appearance of the DAO, and what is a door for DAO appears to be an entrance into the DE,and what is a destination for DAO appears to be a purpose. Therefore, the wise man should reach out to all (things)and follow the DAO (of the DAO), and so he is not dissatisfied. In so doing he finds a truly wise (person). In the external world (the world) is played out, the DAO is delivered, the DAO becomes a home for all (things), and the DAO, a doorway into the DE.It is by acting on all things that they are kept from losing their unity. It is by acting on the DAO that it is fulfilled. Thus the wise man strives with no purpose, and yet his actions succeed.(The Tao is the secret of life;)

The wise do not divide
The Tao appears to be unfathomable
The Dao seems to exist
Yet it is the Spirit of All That is
Which, without any knowledge
And without desire
Acts silently and then
Is complete.
With thought,
We see appearances
And we fear things
But
It happens and they are there
And no action is
The only realization.
The sage is subtle and mysterious
Before him the world is disordered and
The Way is seen
As a doorway into the dao.
The wisdom to unfold it
To tell it lies in its inner mystery
<|endoftext|>
The master doesn't vie with the wise for the greatest teaching, and neither should a teacher depend on his student's wisdom.
For, by being wise, a student may hold himself or herself up, but the master insists that he or she be concealed.
There is a great mystery in all things,
======================================== SAMPLE 4 ========================================
Therefore, to those who, with understanding and wisdom, abide by it, it is the
yield of destiny.
Therefore (Lao tzu-jen) said: When the (human) soul goes toward the Dao, it can return without leaving its body. When (the Tao) is flowing from the heart, the mind can arrive without leaving the body. When (the Tao) is left in the world, there is stillness. When the thoughts arise, the body produces them. When Tao is turned to pieces and returned to Nothingness, the creative fire will remain. Then all things will be produced, and the old ones will be put to rest, just as the natural creation is done in Spring when the flower and blossoms of the year come forth.
<|endoftext|>
When the Tao is received,
It is the first to receive the new One.
When the World is unified,
It is the second to receive the new One.
When the great beings are united,
They are the first to receive the new One.
When the mind is merged with the TAO,
It is the first to receive the new One.
When the core of the body is united,
It is the first to receive the new One.
As the mind arises to breathe deeply,
It is first to become one with the Tao.
As the mind becomes white,
It is first to become one with the Tao.
While the inner life is renewed,
It is first to arise again as the spirit of the Tao.
When the form is completed,
It is first to be united with the Tao.
When the jade-like chariot is finished,
It is first to be united with the Tao.
When the soul is reborn,
It is first to become one with the Tao.
This is the true nature of Tao.
Therefore the Leader does not seek to know the mysterious mystery
of Tao
While he keeps still for the purpose of improving the others.

To receive, observe and be enlightened are to receive; the world unity is to be united; the great beings are to be united; the mind is to breathe; and the Inner Power to emerge and is to merge into the Infinite.
As the Inner Power is matured and becomes Unity, then it can be spoken of as the mystery.

Confront those you cherish and you are bound. Lose your true self and you will lose others. Don't leave your flaws and flaws will soon be forgotten.
When the body breathes life into it, it becomes pregnant. After that, it may nurse. Yet after that, all life should be rooted out. Then you only have to work with spirit and not with fixed objects. Then there will be no obscurity. The Tao moves through and gives life to all things. It achieves everything by itself. It gives nothing and does not own. To find your place in the world of things, then there is no group, no hierarchy. The Tao is limitless and cannot be stated, though it may be the world's source.

Strive to guard your head and be free of worries.
By thus being free of worry,
You will gain that which you desire:
And you will become the servant of the world,
For the world gives you everything
And yet does not claim your services.
Only when you take your desire free
Will you begin to know your true nature.
That which you desire
Is something separate from your true nature.
You will recognize it as you value it,
And you will become free of all quarrels.
<|endoftext|>
Be entirely self-controlled (ne, because it's difficult).
Let everything pertain to you.
If you control your wits,
there will be no harm to the world.
Just let the root grow and the endew come forth.
Take all the light and darkness of all ineness and perfect it.
Free from all untruth and flaw,
then let it go.
Follow nature and you will be a master of things.
Hold in your power and there will be no conflicts.
Return to freedom and you will become a master of your own body.
Stay free of "discussion" and it's easy to lose your body.
As a master, stay safe and you are safe and sound.

Heaven and earth unite and attain their full capacity, but the human soul is at a standstill, yet it knows how to go on.The cultivation of the body is accomplished and a child emerges. Being entirely empty of knowledge and having no desire,It simply follows its own inclination.Knowledge brings forth great enquirers, but without desire they remain empty-headed.Hence he who is wise and virtuous is the mother of all virtuous people. He who knows the way of heaven and earth is also the mother of the wise people. He who knows all Tao and the Dao is also a teacher to all people. The one who has realized Tao in himself is the center of all beings and things. The learned say: "Tao manifests itself in the human soul.Hence the wise man is the teacher of the foolish."Thus the Tao is the root of the profoundness of Heaven. It is also the root of the subtle essence of the human body. With it the natural evolution of all things will proceed without disorder.
<|endoftext|>
Heaven and earth become united, but the ten thousand persons are unsettled. Therefore does man learn to walk alone. In order to impart the subtle virtue of the five (ideas) and to perfect it, he practices seclusion. He has achieved perfect virtue, and still more perfect virtue doesn't depart from him. As an open gateway of heaven and earth, his mind can explore without escape. The mind completes itself without arousing the desire. The Tao may be followed by those who are good, but not by those who are bad.
<|endoftext|>
Heaven and earth unite and become exalted, But the human spirit is in sameness with it. Hence man begins with nameless understanding, And has passed beyond the wandering intellect. He takes it without seeking, and thus reveals it. And it is so without the desire of his self-knowledge; thus it is one with the remainder of the world. He who is clever and enlightened is likewise the mother of the wise; He who has attained Tao is so the mother of the multitude. He who is open to the virtue of the Heaven is so the mother of the people. He who is wise and penetrating is so the mother of the multitude. In the Way there is a sequence of the way, A seed (that) rises and produces the innumerable. To understand the Tao is to be the mother of the universe.

It is called 'the mysterious

If you go deep into the primordial pool, nothing is lost. If you join the hundred gates, nothing is lost. If you embody the deep breath, nothing is lost. If you love the people and the state, nothing is lost. If you use your power in the world, nothing is lost. Therefore, there is no contradiction between a taoist who allows all, in the world, and he who is just, or just to the people or state.
<|endoftext|>
For the above is observed:
If one possesses all-action,
it will not return.
If one possesses all-under-heaven,
it will not lose its purity.
If one possesses all-effulgence,
it will not be mutilated.
If one possesses all-so-everything,
it will not be destroyed.
And if one possesses Tao, it will not become a male.

When deep within the body the qualities of the universe are complete,
even the vessels of body cannot be kept from them.
When deep within the body there are hundred subtleties,
their presence is not [disseminated].
When these treasures of the world are employed in the world,
the entity itself would never be able to reach them.
Therefore the taoist practices one-action without intent, one-action with intent,

one-action without intent, one-action with intention,
one-action without intention.

TAO can undo what is already wronged, but it has no intention of doing so. Because it brings about the appearance of good, it causes people to trust it;
Because it gives credit to benevolence, it facilitates peace. Because it fulfills its task, it disappears. Therefore, when rulers are able to use it, they find they have neither action nor thought; they can travel all day without interference from the police of TAO. It is because it does not display itself, that they find it so agreeable.
The least beneficial is regarded as desirable. The most minute is regarded as good. The tiniest is regarded as small. The most important is regarded as obscure. Although TAO seems ineffectual, it intervenes in the affairs of people.
Because it has no motive to act,
it has no motive to think.

Everyone has their desires, All things are busy.
A soul that knows the Tao is free from desires, a man without self identity is free of worries, a Taoist serves the people, Heaven without destiny is spontaneous, nothing arises from it.
Through the Tao all things are produced without constraint, everything is ordered without interference.
A world without laws follows the natural flow of events, Like a baby without fear of dying.
The Tao flows and never stops, Everything does, but no one can see it, No thought is possible.
Everything is going on at the same time, but we are confused, It takes a long time to live without a goal.
That is how the Master stays always alive: He stays free from intention and desires, He stays free from action, He keeps constant awareness of Infinity, He knows everything and stays unaware of anything.

The Wise Man lets his desires go to the very center.
The Profound Man is expansive, and leaves nothing to be concealed.
The humble man puts himself in the background.
The Tao is constant, eternal, unending, forever.
How could the slightest change of direction ever give rise to any movement?
As long as there is something to move upon, it is always present.
When you start to go, you are compelled to come to the end.
The beginning of the Way is past.
How can a man come at the end of his way?
He uses no inducement or constraint to keep the Dao at the center of his life.
While striving to gain more and more, he can never acquire more and more.
He stays in the background and tries to accomplish more and more.
While accomplishing more and more, he can never accomplish enough.
What drives a man toward increasing his ambitions is not the encouragement he gives to the next man.
What he will not consider as effort.
How can a great leader be unaware of the difficulty of such a leader's task?
The sage is forever there, always free from effort, always free from desire, forever unfailing.
To know the Way will bring you to nothing.
