An index for video games that have never seen the light of day but still have a page on this wiki.
A unique characteristic of video games is that their development usually takes multiple years and is often comparatively public—in the sense that enough plot details are leaked before the release that dedicated tropers can make a page about them even in the unfortunate event of a Cancellation.
See also Screwed by the Network and What Could Have Been. For games that are in the midst of Development Hell, but have yet to be officially cancelled, see Vaporware.
