CATE Academy is a fanfiction series set in a Massive Multiplayer Crossover, within the walls of a boarding school.
The Children and Teens' Entertainment Academy hosts students and staff from all different types of animated series, so long as they are aimed at kids and teens. The school boasts seven departments of specialized education, a gymnasium, cafetorium, and three dorms for students to stay.

- CATE Academy: Battle for Campus, a Super Smash Bros. style fighting game

Tropes
- Alliterative Name: Pairing Sharon and Isabelle in Battle for Campus gives them the name of "Blonde Brawlers".
- Colour-Coded for Your Convenience: Each department is represented by a colour of the rainbow: Arts is red, Athletics is orange, Fantasy is yellow, Literacy is green, Sciences/STEM is blue, Society is purple, and World is pink.
- Massive Multiplayer Crossover: The series houses a massive amount of different franchises in one school, including, but not limited to: Full list .
- Noodle Incident: In "Trust Class", Isabelle mentions an incident from the previous year involving Zeke and Yayoi. Whatever is was is not specified, but apparently it's so scandalous, Zeke would be suspended from school and barred from the Arts department if it got out.
- Only One Who Likes Spam: "Pizza Day" shows that Topaz is the only girl in the Fashion Tech class who likes pineapple on pizza, claiming she enjoys the mix of sweet and savoury.
- Original Character: While most characters are plucked from other franchises, a few originals crop up:
- Daisy-Mae Hemingway, a first-year who aims to become the prefect of the Society department. She is the unofficial protagonist.
- Isabelle Brandon, the current prefect of the Society department and a young witch. She is accompanied by her sister Lacie, an aspiring veterinarian.
- Pineapple Ruins Pizza: In "Pizza Day", the Fashion Tech group chat discusses whether or not pizza belongs on pizza, with all but Topaz finding it gross.
- Pink Means Feminine: Lulu's dress for Fancy Dress day is pale pink.
- Related in the Adaptation: "Family in the School" establishes Postman Pat and Fireman Sam to be cousins (by extension, making Julian, Sarah, and James second cousins).
