When a nice, normal character suddenly goes into a rage, you've hit his/her Berserk Button.
- Jacksepticeye hates Billy from Happy Wheels, to the point that "Screw you, Billy!" became one of his many Catch Phrases.
- Don't ever dare to question his bossness.
- He gets mad when people post irrelevant comments, especially to complain about him not playing more Undertale.
- The constant circular conversations with the Cleverbot AI, due to the general lack of context recognition and poor response matching.
- He hates the "FUCKIN' SNOWPLOWS" on Turbo Dismount, mainly because they always seem to mess up his flow.
- Don't mention Vanish around Markiplier. Just don't.
- Games with Some Dexterity Required or bad controls are also this for him, especially Surgeon Simulator 2013, I Am Bread and especially Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy. The last caused him to rage so hard while playing it that it's almost painful to watch, with repeated on-camera meltdowns (and you can tell that it's legit rage, he's not just overacting like he occasionally does) and him actually throwing his computer chair across the room.
- Do not interrupt him when he's in the middle of his intro. This button is pressed in several Drunk Minecraft episodes.
- Any intentionally-frustrating games or rage games will set him off without fail.
- PewDiePie will go berserk at the mere sight or even mention of barrels, often leading to him Suddenly Shouting the B-word at the top of his voice. Originates from his playthrough of the Amnesia: The Dark Descent custom story Abduction, where he would often accidentally knock a stack of barrels over, creating a loud noise which both startled him and alerted nearby monsters to his location.
- LowTierGod: Where to begin?
- Losing, natch. It's the quickest way to set him off in any game.
- Shotoclone characters, particularly Ken and Akuma.
- Charge characters such as Guile and Blanka. Notably averted by Urien, who he is known to play.
- Grappler characters such as Zangief.
- Characters with difficulty to block strategies and "50/50 mixups."
- Spam tactics, even though often uses such tactics himself (especially with Snake in Super Smash Bros.).
- Players who use unpredictable and/or desperate "YOLO" tactics.
- Fatalities.
- Wake-up attacks (especially wake-up Shoryukens).
- Pretty much every single character that beats him, even when the character is the same that he's using.
- Luigi and Ness in Super Smash Bros., moreso than any other character.
- Teabagging, which almost always guarantees a rage-quit.
- Other black people. He is a notorious Boomerang Bigot.
- Two-stock games in Smash.
- Being called out for any of the above, even in jest.
